Got a call from a woman yesterday, 16/11/2020, and I told her to take me off their calling list, but guess what? She rang again today, 17/11/2020. She said she was with an energy provider, but I could definitely hear a bloke in the background claiming he was from another energy firm. She kept telling me my contract was due to end and tried to get my details so she could send some paperwork over.

Got a call from an Asian guy asking if I owned the house, I lied and said no, but he kept going so I just hung up. Right after, my antivirus popped up warning about a dodgy connection try. I always just hang up on these scammer types - best to not give 'em a chance.

Got a call from a bloke saying he was from British Gas, claiming he was our business electricity provider - which obviously isn't true. When I refused to give him any details, he just hung up on me!

A man with an Asian accent called for Eon, saying we needed to renew our contract urgently or our service would be stopped. We run a business in Anglesey. When we tried to ask for more info, he just ended the call straight away.

this guy called with an asian accent claiming he was from british gas, my energy company. i was just about to tell him he was a scammer when he suddenly ended the call. the sound was really bad too.

Just got a call from this number, sounded like a guy with a thick Indian or Pakistani accent claiming to be from the electricity company for my business. Thing is, my business runs out of my house and we don't have a separate electricity provider. The line was really bad and crackly, so I couldn’t make out what he was saying properly before he ended the call.
