That was certainly one of the most pleasant phone calls I've had in ages!

I came across this firm promoting a service that supposedly guarantees your spot at the top of Google’s “my business” listings. They went on to assert that the two businesses currently featured in the local search had somehow paid to be “locked in” at the top. Honestly, it’s just a load of rubbish and sheer fabrication!
