So, there's this company, I think they do Domestic and General policies, but the ones they’re calling about haven’t been extended with D&G. They’re pushing to get these renewed, even though the appliances might be knackered and chucked out by now. No official notices have come from either D&G or this call centre (they said they're based in London, but the main office is in Luton). The firm’s name sounded like Domestic something, but I didn’t catch the full title. This feels dodgy and probably breaks FCA rules. They’re asking for your bank info to renew old policies that aren’t valid or necessary anymore. Seems like a classic scam to take your money.
