What a terrible automated call that was! Seemed like some AI with a strange accent was trying to speak. In this instance, it was a nudge for my wife about her NHS appointment, echoing information we already had from a letter. This is a verbal text alert from my dentist. Totally harmless and fine to pick up and hear the message. That said, watch out because scammers can fake real company numbers, so if anything feels off, just end the call straight away.
