I received a dodgy call claiming to be from BT, just as I’m about to sort out my phone and Internet cancellation. They had this robotic voice telling me to press 1 to proceed with the termination or 2 if I didn’t want to. It honestly sounded like something you'd hear from a bargain-basement app. No doubt about it, it's a scam! Certainly not from BT!
