Got a call from this number a few days ago, and it really threw me off. The person actually used my first name and even mentioned my full address. They said something about my washing machine's insurance needing renewal since it's been a year. Bit odd, cos I did buy my washing machine about a year ago from Currys in Llanelli. Got a call from a bloke asking for us by name. He wanted to know how we covered washing machine insurance. I got a call from an English guy who asked if he'd got Mrs so-and-so and actually used my name. He was really sharp and mentioned my home address too.
