Although she requested to email me the information, I was quite firm about wanting it mailed, and she eventually conceded. I attempted to return the call twice, only to be greeted by an unanswered queue humming with background music and no automated announcements. Subsequently, I reached out to ITI directly, but they were completely oblivious to these proceedings and seemed rather baffled by my inquiry-quite indicative of the shoddy call management that is often seen nowadays.
