I had this curious phone call earlier, purportedly from Virgin Media. A lady with a pronounced Indian accent rang me up regarding some issues with my Internet speed inconsistencies. She inquired if that was true, and I confirmed it. However, she repeated the question three times! After I insisted it was indeed accurate, she abruptly hung up. I make it a point never to say "yes" during these sorts of conversations, just in case it’s a dodgy scam call-which, quite frankly, I suspect this was.
