Definitely a scam call, some bloke called ‘Neil’ from India 🙄 going on about free heating replacements! I joked that sending engineers all the way from Kolkata sounded a bit far-fetched. He just chuckled and said “oh madam,” then I hung up. Blocked the number straight away, along with a ton of others I’ve had. Absolute scammers!
