I wasn’t quick enough to get to the phone when they called, so I missed it. I tried to call straight back but no one picked up, so I reckon it was one of those call centre calls.

Some bloke called saying he was from O2 billing, offering a discount or something. Then he asked for the email tied to my account, claiming he needed to send a code to verify who I was. Felt fishy, like one of those scams where they get you to give a code and then take over your account by changing your password. I just told them no thanks and ended the call before handing over any info.
