I think I've had about twelve calls from this outfit now. Normally, I just let them ring off, but today I thought I’d pick up. The bloke at the other end claimed to be from a firm named Birds View. I didn't stick around to hear more, but he mentioned he'd be ringing me daily. How delightful!

We experienced the same issue with a quiet line, but to add to our frustration, we struggled to hang up the phone as well.

I waited a few seconds, but there was no response and then the call was suddenly cut off.
