Had a really awful experience with a call where someone was basically trying to intimidate me right in my own house. With all the new security measures we've got meant to keep us safe, it’s shocking that calls like this still come through. This was a recorded bloke, claiming to be from HMRC, making all sorts of scary threats. What do these people hope to gain? And if you call them back, I’m sure the phone bill would be a nightmare. Is there nobody in this country who can step in and sort this mess out?
