Got a call from some dodgy accident claim scammer the other day. Managed to keep the nagging woman on the phone for over 40 minutes, my longest by far. I told her I was stuck in a never-ending claim and unhappy with my solicitor, thinking about switching. Chattered away loads, acted like I was hard of hearing and a bit scatterbrained with a funny way of talking. Really dragged it out to waste her time. I just dont get why OFCOM dont take any action? You block one number and then some other firm starts ringing you. The only way to end this is if insurance firms stop handing out your details. Makes you wonder, whats the point of data protection laws then?

I had the exact same experience and was curious to know who was calling, so I looked it up and came across this site. The woman on the phone didn’t even bother to say good afternoon or give her name or the company she was from. She started asking about an accident straight away. How could I have an accident without a car? I’m not even driving! When I told her that, she just cut me off. That says a lot about how professional that company is!
