Finally got through but the line was awful and crackly. Some bloke called Eric with a foreign accent asked me for my postcode, which I gave him. Then he wanted to know who my energy provider was. I probably shouldn't have shared that info, as he just said thanks and hung up straight away.

My phone went off and when I picked up, there was absolutely no one on the other end. Total time waster and just pointless.
