Got a call from some bloke claiming to be from Sky, said there was a problem with loads of IP addresses linked to my account. He went on about shutting off my internet for 6 months or something. Asked him if he could send me something in writing to explain, but he reckoned it’d take too long. When I told him I was done wasting time, he just dropped the f-bombs at me and hung up right away! Proper rude!
