Someone keeps ringing me saying they're from Vanquis bank and asking for Elaine Cunningham. I’ve no clue who that is, and it’s really annoying because I get calls like this every day from loads of different numbers.

Got two calls from the same number, sounded like a South African bloke. First time he said he was Marcus from some company named Debt Relief Solutions... then the next time, he didn’t say his name but said he was with Vanquis. Same voice, same number. Pretty sure its a scam.

In our ring centre, I noticed that my phone wouldn't allow outgoing calls before 9 in the morning or just after 9 in the evening. We all thought this was the norm. However, it shouldn't be the case! I could still receive calls from half eight in the morning right through to 11 at night.

ive been getting calls from numbers like these nonstop this whole week, sometimes 10 times daily, saying they’re from some savers club promising to help cut bills. i’m out of work atm so saving money aint an option for me. they sound like theyre from somewhere like india or pakistan with pretty bad english and keep calling me mrs jones, but ive never been married and never will be. this constant pestering is really grinding my gears, like they wanna know every little detail about me.

I've been getting loads of missed calls from this number lately. Turns out they say they’re from Vanquis or something. Just to clear it up - I don’t owe them anything and this is my phone. My husband has told their people loads of times that the person they’re after doesn’t live here but they keep switching numbers and calling anyway. Seriously, if anyone’s reading this, how hard is it to understand: THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT NUMBER FOR THAT PERSON. IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM. PLEASE STOP RINGING. I’m disabled and we’re both pensioners - if this keeps up, we’re gonna get legal help and report all the numbers calling us.
