Today at 11am, I received a call from the aforementioned number regarding my orange phone contract. Unfortunately, I had to end the call quickly as I was driving back from my holiday. I informed them that I couldn't talk at that moment and requested them to call back after 4pm. They agreed, but disappointingly, they never followed through with the promised call. It seems like this situation was just another attempt to deceive or scam.

I informed them that I couldn't talk and asked them to call back after 1600hrs. They agreed, but their response seemed unsatisfactory.

Moreover, I have included their details on the 'do not call list' since I am unable to block their number on my phone. Frankly, this appears to be a scam.

If they are not affiliated with EE-Orange, how do they have knowledge that you are an existing customer? My guess is that they might be a pushy sales agency. I suggest avoiding them altogether.

I just received a phone call from a number claiming to be from EE/Orange. The person on the line had a strong foreign accent and had difficulty speaking English. They told me that as a loyal and valued customer, I was entitled to a range of new benefits.

Typically, when EE/Orange contacts me, they call from a mobile number. They also send me text messages to inform me about any new benefits. As of now, I am not interested in any additional offerings.

It seems like yet another attempted scam.

I must mention though, trying to connect with an EE representative without being pitched a sales offer proved to be exceedingly challenging.
