Got a spam call from someone pushing a Forex trading course. I said I wasn’t interested, but they wouldn’t quit. So I flipped it and started trying to sell them something instead. They kept going on about how great their product was, so I joked that the pizza box I’m trying to sell is way more reliable and steady. Neither of us made a sale in the end. At one point, I even offered to swap my pizza box for their course, free of charge.

A bloke with a thick Russian accent kept ringing me from a private number over the last few weeks but today the number showed up as +44 20 3529 5304. They were trying to flog a trading magazine offering trading signals. After I repeatedly told the guy to put me on their no-call list since I’m not interested, he just told me to F off and got aggressive. When I called back, the receptionist had a strong accent too and said they're not actually a company but go by iStock Markets or something similar. These scammers really need to be reported to the UK authorities so they can be shut down.
