Got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, threatening a warrant if I didn’t press 1 straightaway, then they just cut off. Tried ringing the number back after a few hours to find out what was going on, and the person who answered said they were organising events. When I mentioned the missed call, a woman with a non-English accent told me I’d got it wrong and then hung up on me. Definitely sounds like a scam.
