I received a rather peculiar phone call from a woman claiming to represent Sky. She was of Asian descent and informed me that she was reaching out about my broadband, which apparently had some faults and was running sluggishly. To be honest, my internet is perfectly fine! She insisted I fetch my laptop or grab my phone to conduct some sort of test, but I chose not to oblige and just played along with her spiel. She introduced herself as Lisa Keet, which did raise my eyebrows! Her manner was quite rude and overbearing. To top it off, she rang me back from a different number, 01452497264, wanting to know why I had abruptly hung up. How cheeky!
