Got a call from a woman claiming to be from Sky, said there was some problem with my internet being slow - thing is, my broadband was working fine. She told me to grab my laptop or phone to do a test but I didn’t bother, just humoured her. She gave her name as Lisa Keet... yeah right! She was pretty unpleasant and quite forceful. Later, she rang me again from a different number, 01452497264, asking why I’d ended the call.
