They say they can’t get hold of me by phone or email, so I need to call them. Total scam, don’t even bother ringing back! The notice arrived on a cheap, nasty postcard, which anyone could easily read - pretty careless. They also want me to enter a pin they gave me. I’m annoyed that Royal Mail must’ve seen thousands of these scam letters coming through and never stopped them. I wonder how many gullible folks have called and ended up with huge phone bills or just more scams.
