Ah, I messed up - it's one of those west african advance fee scams. When I looked up the number, I found a facebook post dating back to August 15, 2015 by this guy stephen mwala banda warning people from zambia living in the UK and US. So yeah, definitely suspicious stuff.

The voice had an Indian tone with an English accent, looked like those dodgy tailors to me. They quickly shut up once I told them no English from my side and stuck to Finnish. Told them straight if they’re ringin’ people in Finland, they better talk Finnish. They didn’t have much to say after that.
