Got a call from a woman who sounded like she was Asian, claiming to be from Hatton Legal Services about a PPI claim I supposedly made with Capital One, Santander and Skipton BS - complete nonsense! Told her straight up it was a scam and I wasn’t interested. She kept insisting I had signed up, so I just ended the call. Thought I’d share my experience here like all the others with similar stories about Hatton Legal Services. Best advice - don’t pick up or if you do, just blow a whistle loudly down the phone!

02035196798 - said they were from Hatton Legal Services. I’ve never come across them before, but they told me I signed up with them back in February. It’s not about PPI, but something similar. They say I could get about £1800 - all they want is for me to confirm my personal details like name, address, DOB etc. They were pretty convincing, so watch out!

This morning, at 11.04 on the 19th of July, I received a call on my mobile from a number I don’t recognise. The caller had a notable foreign accent and mentioned she was representing Hadston Legal Company, or something along those lines-though I can't be entirely certain because the connection was quite poor. They call and your phone don’t even ring but you’ll notice a missed call, they’re known as silent callers. Don’t bother ringing back, it’s a scam. Once they’ve got your number, they keep bothering you non stop.

I just had a rather peculiar phone call from this number, purporting to represent Hatton Legal Services. They were apparently dealing with my claim involving a few financial lenders I've been in touch with. Right off the bat, they asked for my email address and home address to get things rolling. When I insisted I wouldn’t provide any details over the phone and preferred them to send a proper letter instead, the caller was quite persistent, claiming that an email would suffice as the written confirmation I was after. Naturally, I wasn’t having any of it and decided to terminate the conversation.
