Got a call from a person claiming to be with EE, saying they were upgrading my 4G service even though I'm not even a customer. It just seemed off. Why would EE bother ringing someone who hasn’t got their service, just to offer an upgrade? Felt a bit dodgy to me.

Someone recently tried to scam a friend of mine by pretending they were from EE, but luckily when we checked their account, there was absolutely no sign of anything suspicious. I’m actually working for EE, so it's frustrating to see this kind of thing happening.
