Got a call from some dodgy Indian scammers claiming to be from EE. Totally shady and not to be trusted.

I got a call from someone saying they were from EE, trying to trick me into giving them a code they said they'd sent by text to reset my EE account. Doesn't matter if you’re with EE or not. If you actually have an EE account, they can take over completely. And if you never signed up, they just set one up using your info. Total scam, watch out!

Got a call around 6:35 pm on 28th April 2025, but they hung up pretty quick and didn’t leave a voicemail. I guess that kinda proves I’m a live person, so their AI probably just snagged some data from me. Honestly, not much else to add about it.
