My phone keeps flagging this number as spam and blocks it automatically, it’s got a London area code. But I don’t know anyone from London or why they’d be calling me at all.

Someone said they were from O2 and offered to help me get in touch with customer service through messenger to check if I had a contract. If they really worked there, surely they’d already know that info. I hung up straight away. Could be a scam, so watch out.
