Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2 trying to give me a discount. Sounds totally scripted, like they were just reading lines. I kept throwing in odd questions to throw them off since they seemed stuck on their script. Eventually, they got all muddled and just ended the call. Don’t bother replying or sharing any details with them.

There was this bloke pretending to be from EE, trying to trick folks into getting a 25% off their phone bill. They sent a text that looked proper official from EE with a 4 digit PIN, supposedly to reset your EE ID security. But if you share that code, you end up locked out of your account. When I asked for some personal info to make sure it was legit, the guy couldn’t answer and didn’t get the PIN from me. Then he just hung up on me. Classic scam move!

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, looked like it could be a scam. They rang me but went straight to voicemail without saying anything. I’ve blocked the number now.
