I received a call from someone identifying himself as "Stephen Reid," supposedly representing "Digitalfxp.com." Oddly enough, the number he called from didn't match the one listed on their official site. He seemed to be reciting a prepared spiel regarding BP shares and surprisingly knew both my name and address. I declined to provide him with my email address, making it clear that if he wishes to sell me anything, he can send it via post. Rest assured, I plan to forward any correspondence to the alleged company he claims to represent, as well as report it to the authorities.

This morning, I received a call from a rather unpleasant gentleman who bluntly instructed me to fetch my husband so they could chat about his investments. I promptly declined to comply with his request. Honestly, if this is how they train their staff at call centres, there’s a glaring need for a serious overhaul in their approach!
