I've had a bit of a nuisance with this number over the last few years. They seem to ring me at the same time nearly every evening, typically between 5 and 6 pm, for a few weeks before going silent for months on end. The chap on the other end has a foreign accent and insists on talking to someone named "Ernst." Despite blocking them multiple times-each time they just pop up with a different number-it feels like an endless game of whack-a-mole!
