Some bloke rang me first thing this morning saying he was from BT about our internet. As soon as I told him that sounded dodgy, he just cut off the call.

This guy said he was from BT Open Reach and told me our IP address had been switched from private to public because they’d been working nearby. He claimed this would let criminals get into our network. When I asked for his number, he just hung up on me. Totally sounds like a scam to me, probably trying to hack into our internet or computer.
