Got a call at 7:46 this morning on 20/01/24 from someone who already knew our last name. Claimed they were calling from Microsoft. I said, "Are you serious? Do you know how early it is?" The person then started swearing loudly, so I just hung up. Definitely felt like a dodgy scam, but also pretty offensive and I reckon this kind of behaviour should be reported.

Someone called me, knew my name and was asking about the owner of my computer, saying there was an issue with it. They phoned back from another number too, but I blocked that one as well and told them I didn't even have a computer. Definitely a SCAM - I reckon it could be risky if they manage to get access to your device.
