Got a call from a Scottish guy saying he was calling from London for Aston Tech Crypto Currency. He claimed I’d requested info a few months back, but I told him I hadn’t. Then he suggested maybe my wife had. I said no way. I told him their company was probably gathering personal data and then cold calling people in a dodgy manner. I made it clear I wasn’t happy about it and as he started to get shifty, I just ended the call.

Some bloke called Simon Winters from Aston Tech rang my missus asking for me, saying it was from Aston Tech. When my wife told him the only Aston Tech she knew was the college she went to ages ago, like 50 years back, he just hung up. I reckon it's the same lot who bothered us a while ago trying to sell crypto or something. We're ex-directory and don’t pick up unknown numbers, so we don’t get this kinda bother often.

Got a call on the home phone around noon on 25/07/19. A man asked for my husband by his first name. I asked who it was and he replied "Spencer Matthews". I said "Hang on a sec" and when I passed the phone to my husband, the line went dead. Guess that means they now know my husband’s name linked to our number. Need to be more careful next time!
