I’ve come across some rather dubious characters who are operating like a high-stakes boiler room, aggressively nudging folks towards investing in carbon trading. They've been touting astonishing annual returns of 25% or thereabouts. However, when pressed for details about the parties involved in these transactions or the specifics of the exchanges where these trades occur, they were completely unable to provide any clarity. Quite frankly, I wouldn’t give them the time of day, let alone my hard-earned money!
