I told them I usually get reminders in writing and didn't remember this one, so asked them to send it again and I'd look into it. I told her I didn’t think I’d ever paid for that service before, and she quickly said it was three years ago, acting like I was daft or something. Then she started going on about it costing £11.08 a month but needing to be paid all at once for £108, as a discounted rate from £22 a month. I asked her when I last made a payment so I could check, and right after that, she just hung up on me. Total con.
