2 monthsWhen I picked up, the person immediately asked, “Are you able to hear me?” Then they began babbling about windows and doors or something like that. I told them quite firmly that cold calling isn’t on, but they just kept going like it didn’t bother them. Even after I told them to buzz off, they carried on talking until I finally ended the call. Looks like they’re ringing from a couple of different numbers. Just blocked the newest one that popped up.2 monthsJo has rung me up three times over the past couple of days now. I've mentioned before that we live in an apartment, no attic at all, but she just keeps talking over me like I’m not even there. Honestly, I’m starting to wonder if it’s not a real person on the other end but some kind of AI bot or something!Jo2 monthsSomebody pretending to be Jo, supposed local energy consultant, rang me up. They wanted to know if I owned my place. I told them they were a scammer and ended the call. This number has been buzzing me quite a bit lately.Jo2 monthsGot a call where the person just kept saying “can you hear me,” so I said yes, then they started rattling off loads of info and just wouldn’t stop. They’ve been calling me loads over the past three years, sometimes every day, or at least once a month, always from different numbers. The lady talks with an Aussie accent and sometimes introduces herself as Joan or Gabby. Loads of hassle!JoJoanGabby2 monthsI got a missed call from this number on 11th April 2036 at about 2.23pm, but I never picked up and there was no voicemail left. After looking it up on the Who-Called-Me website, looks like it's some sort of spam related to building services. I've gone ahead and blocked it now.Who - Called - Me2 monthsGot a call from an unknown number, didn’t answer at first. The voice on the line had an Aussie twang and called herself Jo, claiming to be my local energy advisor. She asked if I owned the property, but I stayed silent. After saying hello a few times, she just hung up. This has happened around ten times now over several months - same lady, same scammy spiel, but always different numbers.Jo3 monthsI got a call on my landline from someone saying they were a 'local Windows and Doors rep', checking if I was alright and if I could hear them clearly. I had a feeling it was some kind of scam, probably trying to get me to say 'yes' on record. So I just said "je ne comprend pas" and they suddenly cut the call. Later, I blocked caller ID and dialled that number from my mobile, only to hear a message saying 'This number is no longer in service.'8 monthsScam alert!
