Got a really pushy bloke on the phone claiming he worked for the water company and that my policy was up for renewal. I wasn’t even aware I had one, so I asked him to specify which address it was about. Instead of answering, he started getting all harsh because I was cautious - probably because my phone flagged the call as spam. The convo ended with him swearing at me, but I did snap at him first. Honestly, I’m pretty certain it wasn’t a legit call.
