02035030509 Summary (Read all comments)

Phone number ☎️ 02035030509 👆 is reported as a premium text scam linked to unsolicited competition entries, leading to frequent unauthorised charges around £3.75 to £4.50 per message. Many users, including vulnerable individuals, claim no participation in these contests yet face repeated deductions. Attempts to contact the company through the given number often result in unclear or unresponsive messages, causing frustration and difficulty in obtaining refunds. Major mobile providers advise replying with STOP to a specific shortcode to halt charges, but this does not guarantee reimbursement. The service appears linked to a third party, and communication channels may be ineffective. It is recommended to monitor bills closely, challenge incorrect charges through your network operator, and report suspicious activity to authorities to prevent further loss.

I noticed an £18 charge on my mobile bill that I didn’t recognise and when I asked about it, I was told it was from a number mentioned here and linked to premium texts for some competitions. Thing is, I have no clue about entering any contests or getting such texts. Luckily, TalkMobile was pretty decent and said they’d refund me, and gave me this number 02035030509 to call. But just like others said, the call only leads to a voicemail with another number, which I couldn’t catch fully either. I even sent STOP to 60077 in hopes it’ll stop any more charges. What worries me most is I haven’t seen any texts from this awful outfit at all.

Hello, I’ve been charged £50 by this number without any reason. I told them to stop, but they just ignored me and kept on. Does anyone know how I can get my money back?

Like a lot of others have said, this needs sorting out proper, maybe even the cops should get involved.

For some reason, I keep getting texts on my cellphone every Saturday and each one costs me £4.50, which is getting annoying. Does anyone know how I can make these stop?

I've heard a lot about this firm called SPtwo taking loads of money off people. Someone really needs to look into this and put an end to it. It's a proper scam, I tell you!

If only I’d seen all these comments beforehand! I’ve fallen victim to this SPTwo outfit too. I noticed mysterious weekly charges of £3.75 on my O2 bill, which had piled up to £21. After reaching out to O2, they identified the culprit as SPTwo and told me to text STOP to 60077. They also gave me a number - 02035030509 - to call for a refund. But guess what? That number’s dead! The message says it’s changed, then offers another number, but when the lady reads it out, the last two digits are mumble-mumbled - suspicious if you ask me. So I’m stuck, unable to get through. When I asked O2 about compensation, even though it’s not their fault, the best they did was offer me £5 off my next bill as a goodwill gesture. I’m retired and can’t just throw away money to these scammers. What on earth is wrong with people, making an easy profit out of fraud? This has got to stop before more people get caught out.

Just got my phone bill and saw I got charged £4.50 for each of 4 texts from this number back in December. I called Virgin to ask what these texts were about and they told me it’s related to some competition I supposedly entered - but I never did! They gave me an email, [email protected], which I emailed. They said they’re a 3rd party offering tech support for that company and they’ve blocked the number from sending more texts now, so fingers crossed that’s true. They also gave me another contact, [email protected] and a customer service number 02035030509. I’m not calling, just going to email them, and I definitely won’t be paying these unexpected charges on my bill!

I’m pretty sure this is a scam. I just looked at my phone bill and noticed I’ve been charged three times £3.75 for messages from a number I never agreed to get texts from. I’ve sent STOP like O2 said to do, but it’s annoying that these fees have still gone onto my account and now I’ve got to pay for them.

I entered some kind of competition by Tesco and now cash is being deducted from my phone credit. I rang the number they gave me to try and stop it, but I’m still waiting for them to get back to me.

I’m with EE and usually grab the £10 everything pack every month. Yesterday I put £10 on my account thinking the pack would come through like normal, but nothing showed up. I’m quite annoyed about it and would like to get a refund, but not sure how to go about it. Could someone please help me sort this out? Thanks a lot!

Honestly, this feels like a total scam. They keep charging me £3.75 every week and I never gave them permission to do that.

Got hit with a £7.50 bill from O2 for dialing 60077, but I never actually called that number at all :(((((

Somehow this number got hold of my PAYG phone and has been draining about £15 from my credit over the last three weeks. I rang O2 and they said it’s because I’ve been signed up to Premium Text services, and the only way to stop it was to text STOP to 60077. The thing is, I never got any messages except for those telling me my funds were going down. When I sent the STOP text, I got a reply saying all competition entries are cancelled. But I never signed up for any competition, so how can they be taking money from my phone in the first place? I’m retired and really want to know if there’s any chance I could get this money back?

I sent STOP to 60077 and ended up getting billed three times fifteen.
