We've been receiving a fair few calls through our safeguarded True Call system, all cropping up just before the clock strikes two in the afternoon. The system does pick up the call, but it’s designed for us to give the green light, which we never do since we’re oblivious to it. Oddly enough, we're noticing a £0.50 charge appearing on our bill. We shall investigate whether we can put a stop to this number altogether.
