Got a call about some diesel claim they said we'd made… for a car we only had for 4 days. It was sold to us through Cinch and had some pretty dodgy faults on it. When I told the bloke I was sick of their scammy calls and that we never had the car, he got all defensive. This wasn’t the first time I’d had to explain this either. Eventually, I just had to be blunt and tell him to buzz off (kind of) before hanging up and blocking the number.
