I received a call regarding who handles the electricity and gas bills. To be honest, I didn’t engage and just hung up the phone.

Over the past few months, we've received numerous calls from this number, which has become quite bothersome. On a few occasions, they've relentlessly pushed us to modify our investments. One time, when I kindly requested they stop calling, the chap on the other end let loose with some choice words before hanging up rather abruptly. Furthermore, there are instances where no one is on the line, and the call drops after a minute. The number seems to be unreachable as well. Surely, action needs to be taken. I do hope OFCOM has the authority to intervene, and we plan to reach out to them.
