I’ve had three calls today from someone wanting to discuss my phone bill, none of which I asked for. Told them to stop bothering me.

Over the past few months, we have been repeatedly contacted by this caller. Occasionally, they have pushed us quite aggressively to alter our investments. On one occasion, after I calmly requested them to stop calling, the chap swore at me and hung up abruptly. Quite often, when you answer, there’s no one there and the call drops after about a minute. The number itself can’t be traced. Surely, OFCOM can step in - we’re definitely planning to report this. Something needs to be done about it!
