Got a dodgy voicemail from someone claiming to be the government, said I’d been involved in some crime and told me to press 1 to find out more. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.

This bloke said he was from EE but couldn’t even answer basic questions. He wanted me to hand over my account details and password so I could supposedly get a “new phone for my account.” When I mentioned I already have the latest phone, he began grilling me about other family members’ accounts and which providers they use. He turned quite rude when I refused to share any of that info.
