A very articulate woman called me earlier today, attempting to persuade me to extend my boiler service contract and mentioning a specific fee. She had my name and address at her fingertips. When I probed her about her company, she mentioned "Heatplan" and asserted that their engineers are scattered across the nation. However, upon further inquiry from my side, she abruptly ended the call. Quite a curious experience!
