Got a call from someone saying they were with Carphone Warehouse tryin to get me to sign up for a phone deal.

Total rip-off. Someone rang saying they were from OpenReach, warning they'd cut our internet for 3 days because our IP was exposed and that apparently broke GDPR rules. I said, "Well, isn’t it your job to keep our IP private since you control the network?" They said nope, they couldn't fix it. Ended up having to download a program myself to sort it out. Do not listen to a word these people say!
