I promptly corrected them, stating that the iPhone XR was launched in October 2018, which clearly isn't two years back from now. They took offence and accused me of being impolite and not having accurate information. Seriously? My upgrade is determined by the release of a new iPhone model. They then threatened that if I didn't tone it down, they would contact the authorities and have me taken away. Oh, please do!
