I didn’t pick up since I struggle with hearing and talking. Trying to report it to Action Fraud is really hard for me. Their live chat is missing and I’ve heard people say Action Fraud might not even be running anymore. Deaf Relay is now an app but it needs BSL, which I can’t use. I only know basic signed English, and it’s pretty limited. If you’ve genuinely been targeted, I’d advise getting in touch with the police and your bank right away.
