They called asking for the person with the BT account, but we dont have one at all!! I told them we’re signed up with the TPS and they just said it doesn’t make a difference. Sure, like they’re following any rules! They’re the ones bending the law here.

Someone called saying they were from BT but had no clue about any details on my account, sounded a bit dodgy to me.

This number has phoned me loads, saying they’re from BT, but when I asked for any info like our account number, they couldn’t give me anything. I told them I’d ring back, so I called BT directly to check if the number was theirs. BT said it wasn’t connected at all. One call was a bit worrying because the woman on the line kept pushing for my husband’s mum’s maiden name - she sounded quite desperate. They’re pretty persistent and after personal info, so watch out for them.

Got a call from rtelecoms the other day, and honestly they were really useful. Managed to cut down my broadband and call bills a fair bit. Pretty chuffed with that!

Got a call from someone claiming to be Tom at BT, pushing a new broadband deal. I told him I’d ring back in half an hour and then I rang BT to confirm. Turns out it was dodgy, so I’ve just blocked the number via 1572.
