Yeah, it really is Dogs Trust. I set up a direct debit with them through their official site, but couldn’t cover it this month, so it failed. That’s why they’ve been ringing me. I do know the DD didn’t go through, no need for them to keep pestering me (bit of a pun there, sorry).

Then he asked if I wanted to sponsor a cute dog with a smiley face, and he kept going on describing the dog for ages. Ended up wasting about 20 minutes of the poor bloke's time! When he asked for my DOB, I gave him yesterday's date. He sounded puzzled, so I told him he must think I was born yesterday if I was gonna hand over my bank details. 😂

Got a call from this number saying they wanted to "check our address was right", which was a bit strange since we’d just got a letter from the Glasgow Dogs Trust Centre the same day saying our sponsor dog was put down ‘cause of bad arthritis and pain. The fundraising calls from these folks can be annoying sometimes, but honestly, the staff at the Centre really do amazing work!
