Yeah, it really is Dogs Trust. I set up a direct debit with them through their official site, but couldn’t cover it this month, so it failed. That’s why they’ve been ringing me. I do know the DD didn’t go through, no need for them to keep pestering me (bit of a pun there, sorry).

When he asked for my DOB, I gave him yesterday's date. He sounded puzzled, so I told him he must think I was born yesterday if I was gonna hand over my bank details. 😂
