We received a call asking for someone whose name we didn't recognise at our residence. When we tried to clarify, they abruptly ended the call. Quite impolite, if you ask me!

Just rang a mobile then a landline back to back, all in the evening hours.

this number called my parents landline asking for me. once they said i dont live there anymore, the caller just hung up straight away. i tried ringing back with the 141 code an got a recorded message saying it was from "return research", which apparently is some sort of independent market research firm. pretty strange experience.
