as soon as I picked up, they just ended the call straight away.

They ring me up twice daily but never bother leaving a voicemail. I've got caller ID, so I just ignore their calls as there's no way I'm picking up for them. Complete waste of their time if you ask me.

Calling over and over again. They claim they’re from Direct Solutions and say they sent me some documents back in July, following up now. I never got any paperwork though, and from what I gathered on another call, they're PPI scammers. The people on the phone are quite pushy and really rude. Best advice: don’t pick up, but if you do, just hang straight up - they try super hard to reel you in and come across really aggressive.
