Utterly dreadful call. Sounded like it was about PPI or something along those lines. I've gone ahead and blocked the number.

They called me a few times but there was nobody speaking when I picked up.

On a rare occasion, I picked up the phone. The chap on the other end claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse and was keen to discuss my husband’s mobile and contract. Oddly enough, my phone isn’t even from there! When I pressed him on that point, he bizarrely asserted that Carphone Warehouse doesn’t deal in contracts at all! I then inquired about how he obtained my number, and just like that, he hung up. I’m absolutely fed up with these unsolicited calls from unfamiliar numbers. My suggestion? Don’t bother answering, and just block the number as I do regularly!
